STRUCTURE
The Association consists of volunteers and staff. Volunteers are members who volunteer resources, including time and expertise for the promotion and achievement of the Association's objectives.
They formulate policies which are implemented by staff. The corporate governance of the Association consists of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the National Council (NC) which is chaired by an elected president.
MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
The management team is led by an Executive Director who is assisted by two (2) Directors:
Director of Programmes,
Director of Finance and Administration
Each Directorate has a team of qualified staff providing technical support to the projects.
