SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POSITION: SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER<br \/>\nREPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMES &amp; SERVICE DELIVERY<br \/>\nLOCATION HEAD OFFICE, ACCRA<br \/>\nJOB PURPOSE:<br \/>\n\u2022 To be in charge of all PPAG\u2019s clinics and also take care of quality of care and services<br \/>\nKEY FUNCTIONS:<br \/>\n\u2022 Strategically position the Association Clinics as fully self-sustaining center of excellence in the provision of SRHR services<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure sustainable medical services, establish training Programmes and implement service provision strategies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure clinic staff are motivated and committed to achieve set goals for all the clinics and youth centers.<br \/>\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n\u2022 Strategically position the associations\u2019 clinics as a center of excellence and leader in SRHR and Training services<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor, support and supervise the Clinic Heads.<br \/>\n\u2022 Initiate, strengthen and support quality of care in all clinics od PPAG .<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate business plans to ensure substantive income growth from the Clinics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in SRHR for continuous improvement of training and services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build the capacity of staff human resources including all the service providers for effective management and implementation of SRHR services in the clinics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Motivate the clinics\u2019 human resources through effective utilization and clear career paths\/schemes of service.<br \/>\n\u2022 Organize quarterly\/bi-annual experience sharing and review meetings with service providers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop appropriate interventions to address ASRH issues\/needs based on research and development findings.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient utilization of IPPF and GHS service delivery guidelines and protocols<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that client and providers rights are adhered to.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate, collate and analyze service statistics<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that PPAG Clinics maintain high quality of care standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide technical support to all the clinics by working in close collaboration with the Facility Heads in ensuring effective and efficient management of all PPAG Clinics.<br \/>\nMinimum qualifications and Skills<br \/>\n\u2022 A Master\u2019 degree in the Public Health\/Development Studies\/Population studies\/ and Bachelor degree in Medicine, Community Medicine and Health or any other health related field or it\u2019s equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years working experience, 3 years of which, must be in key project management or managerial position.<br \/>\n\u2022 A certificate in project management will be an added advantage<br \/>\nOther Qualities and Requirement<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent managerial, analytical and quantitative skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent report writing, communication and presentation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Very good interpersonal skills, good human relations and a team player<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have good innovative, proactive and goal-oriented skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have good knowledge of programme and project management methods<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be able to work with little or no supervision<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent in the use of the computer<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have high sense of responsibility and be able to take initiatives as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be able to travel at short notice<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have good knowledge and skills in youth programming<br \/>\n\u2022 Must have experience in health commodity management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience working with ministries of health\/Ghana Health Service, development partners and international donors an asset.<br \/>\nHow to Apply<br \/>\nAll interested persons with requisite qualification(s), should kindly send their Application Letters with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), including two referees and cell phone numbers to:<br \/>\nrecruitment@ppag-gh.org<br \/>\nOnly shortlisted applicants will be shortlisted for an interview.<br \/>\nNote:<br \/>\n<strong>Closing Date: 25th August, 2023<\/strong><br \/>\nFemale candidates are encouraged to apply<br \/>\n\u2022 People living with HIV\/AIDS and disability are eligible and encouraged to apply<br \/>\n\u2022 PPAG believes in Child and Vulnerable Adults\u2019 protection.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POSITION: SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMES &amp;
