Conduct community outreach activities, including group discussions, sensitization sessions, and campaigns on child marriage and SRHR.<br \/>\n2. Collaborate with community leaders, schools, and local organizations to implement project activities.<br \/>\n3. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for youth and community groups.<br \/>\n4. Collect and report data on project activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.<br \/>\n5. Serve as the primary point of contact for project beneficiaries in the assigned region.<br \/>\n6. Monitor and document progress of project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.<br \/>\n7. Support local advocacy efforts to promote gender equality and youth empowerment.<br \/>\n8. Identify challenges and provide recommendations to improve project implementation.<br \/>\n9. Submit activity reports to the Youth Programme Coordinator<br \/>\nYOUTH PROGRAMME ASSISTANT \u2013 HEAD OFFICE<br \/>\n1. Assist Youth Programme Coordinator in the day-to-day coordination of UNFPA project activities including workshops, outreach activities, and training sessions.<br \/>\n2. Liaise with field officers and facility heads to ensure alignment of activities with project goals.<br \/>\n3. Assist in Preparing reports, concept notes, and presentations on program activities.<br \/>\n4. Support monitoring and evaluation processes, including data collection, reporting and follow-ups<br \/>\n5. Assist to administer resources to project sites<br \/>\n6. Assist with the communication and engagements with partners and follow-up on project related issues from the donor<br \/>\n7. Maintain accurate records of program activities, including participant attendance, feedback, and outcomes.<br \/>\n8. Perform other tasks assigned by the project coordinator\/ supervisor<br \/>\nQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:<br \/>\n\u25aa University degree in social sciences or relevant field of study<br \/>\n\u25aa Community Health Nurses certificate holders with at least 1 year experience or national service with field work experience or<br \/>\n\u25aa Diploma in Social Work holders with at least 1 year experience or National Service with field work experience<br \/>\n\u25aa SHS Graduates with at least 3 years working experience in field work<br \/>\nTHE PERSON MUST:<br \/>\n\u25aa Have very good communication and report writing skills<br \/>\n\u25aa Be honest, transparent, reliable and duty-conscious<br \/>\n\u25aa Have high sense of responsibility, humor, be non- judgmental and able to take initiatives<br \/>\n\u25aa Be a team player and self-motivated<br \/>\n\u25aa Be able to work for long hours<br \/>\n\u25aa Have excellent human relationship skills and be youth friendly.<br \/>\n\u25aa Have the ability to source for information and initiate innovative strategies for enhanced performance<br \/>\n\u25aa Be able to work with little or no supervision<br \/>\n\u25aa Be able to travel at short notice<br \/>\n\u25aa A good working knowledge in the use of the computer<br \/>\n\u25aa Must have a dependable character<br \/>\nHow to Apply<br \/>\nAll interested persons with requisite qualification(s), should kindly send their Application Letters stating clearly the position being applied for with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), including two referees, their email addresses and cell phone numbers to:<br \/>\n<strong>The HR Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
