To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services in line with organisational policies. To combine clinical midwifery expertise with strategic leadership to oversee the facility administration, staff performance, patient care, and community engagement.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nLeadership &amp; Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility.<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervise, mentor, and appraise Nurses\/Midwives, administrative staff and other paramedical staff.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and performance targets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with SRHR policies, facility standards, and regulatory frameworks.<br \/>\n\u2022 Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a culture of respect, confidentiality, and accountability.<br \/>\nClinical &amp; Technical Duties<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide high-quality midwifery care, including antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, domiciliary midwifery and family planning services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee specialist SRHR services (e.g., obstetrics, gynaecology, maternal and child health, safe abortion care, fertility, STI including HIV prevention and treatment).<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support case reviews, audits, and continuous improvement of clinical services.<br \/>\nAdministration &amp; Operations<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage hospital operations including finance, procurement, logistics, and HR in collaboration with relevant units.<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversee the availability and maintenance of medical equipment, drugs, and supplies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure proper record-keeping, digitization of client data, and confidentiality of patient information.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and submit timely reports to management and relevant stakeholders.<br \/>\nCommunity Engagement &amp; Partnerships<br \/>\n\u2022 Strengthen linkages between the hospital and the community to promote SRHR and other services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, donors, NGOs, and professional associations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead hospital representation at stakeholder meetings, health forums, and advocacy events.<br \/>\nMonitoring &amp;
