Service Delivery<br \/>\nLOCATION: Head Office (ACCRA)<br \/>\nJob Role Under the overall guidance and direct supervision of the Director of<br \/>\nProgrammes and Service Delivery<br \/>\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor, supervise and coordinate the implementation of all other projects apart from the youthfocused<br \/>\nprojects<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan, coordinate and oversee standardization of all the projects in the Association ensuring that all<br \/>\nagreements and requirements under the various projects are adhered to<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with all stakeholders and partners to ensure successful implementation of activities in<br \/>\nprojects that PPAG partners with other organizations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide technical support to the Project Officers in the field<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that the capacity of Project Officers are built for effective performance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan, organize and coordinate all project meetings.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the Director of Programmes and Service Delivery (DPSD) to develop proposals for funding<br \/>\nfrom existing and newly identified donors<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist the DPSD in collating and finalizing projects\u2019 reports and documents<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist the DPSD to plan and prepare the Annual Business Plan (ABP)<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinates activities related to specific projects and identifies possible areas of collaborations<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with the M&amp;E Manager to ensure proper collection and collation of data from all projects as<br \/>\nwell as ensuring all projects\u2019 information are properly documented.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare annual work plans for all the projects<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out performance appraisals for all project staff<br \/>\n\u2022 Performs any other duties in line with PPAG mission as may be requested by the DSD&amp;P<br \/>\nQUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n\u2022 A Masters\u2019 degree in the Social Sciences\/Psychology\/Public Health or its equivalent with a minimum of<br \/>\nfive (5) years relevant working experience;
