The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG), an NGO and a member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), and a leading provider of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education and services, hereby invites result-oriented and committed persons to apply for the following vacant position to be filled in the Association.
POSITION: PROJECT COORDINATOR
REPORT TO: YOUTH PROGRAMMES MANAGER
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE (ACCRA)
CONTRACT DURATION: NINE (9) MONTHS

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Staff Contact Centre Agents
JOB PURPOSE To coordinate and ensure successful implementation of the COVID-19 Emergency Fund (GAC) project.
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS All Project Officers, All Managers, Departments and Offices
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS PPAG Partner Organizations, Ministry of Health, GHS, National Media Commission, National Communications Authority, DOVVSU and other NGOs.

DUTIES
1.Plan, coordinate and oversee the implementation of the project and its activities to achieve results
2.Engender the sustainability of project activities through innovative mechanisms and processes
3.Support the setting up of a Contact Centre and related satellite Centres and facilitate the creation of linkages to other projects.
4.Plan and facilitate the training and capacity building of contact centre agents and service providers in the use of digital health system.
5.Provides support to the contact centre agents and service providers (specialists) in attending to clients.
6.Coordinate the development of concept and assist in producing contact centre promotional materials.
7.Undertake promotional activities to increase publicity and patronage of contact centre.
8.Ensure the development of content for Interactive Voice Response tree
9.Ensure project agreements such documentation, monitoring and reporting guidelines and timelines are fulfilled.
10.Implement sustainability plan for the project activities
11.Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
A Master Degree in Social Sciences/Population Studies/Public Health/Communications or any other related field with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
