Strengthening the Administrative Processes in PPAG

Strengthening the Administrative Processes in PPAG for optimal impact on SRHR activities

This project seeks to strengthen organizational effectiveness and governance across. The project is not for only the Units mentioned, it cuts across all departments in the Association. It responds to challenges of inefficiency, weak accountability, and disjointed systems that hinder transparency and performance.

Key strategies include implementing integrated financial and MIS systems for accurate data and informed decision-making; enhancing internal controls and M&E functions to improve compliance, risk management, and results measurement; and modernizing human resources practices to ensure fairness, accountability, and talent retention. Procurement reforms will promote transparency, competitiveness, and value for money, while streamlined administrative and secretariat functions will ensure coordination, timely reporting, and institutional efficiency.

Through digital transformation, process re-engineering, and capacity building, the project aims to close systemic gaps, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. With strong M&E mechanisms embedded, progress will be tracked, lessons captured, and strategies adapted to maximize impact. The project will ultimately enhance operational performance, build stakeholder confidence, and ensure long-term organizational sustainability.
