• Methods: medical abortion (mifepristone + misoprostol) for early pregnancy; manual vacuum aspiration (MVA) or surgical care when indicated.
• Post-abortion care: manage bleeding/infection, provide analgesia, emergency contact, and offer immediate contraception (same visit).
