NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT FOR PPAG FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC, ACCRA

Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply and installation of hospital equipment for its newly constructed maternity block at PPAG Family Health Clinic, Accra.

Tenderers may bid for individual Lots. A separate tender shall be submitted for each Lot.
Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the PPAG Logistics and Supplies Manual, 2024.
Tender Documents: Available from PPAG, Naasia Road, Lartebiokoshie, Accra, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢1,000.00. Documents may also be downloaded from www.ppag-gh.org, with the fee payable upon submission.
Tender Security: 2% of the Tender Price, in Ghana Cedis, valid for at least 150 days from the date of tender opening.
Submission Deadline: Friday, 30 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. GMT

Tender Opening: Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 a.m. GMT on Thursday, 5 November 2026, at the PPAG address stated above.
Late tenders will be rejected.
