PPAG is a leading, volunteer supported, grass-root based, non-partisan and rights-based NGO with a primary focus on SRHR programming in Ghana. PPAG is administered by a Council who serve as the Board of Directors.

The Council is made up of volunteers. The Executive Director serves as the secretary to the Council and head of Management (staff).
