REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

SUBJECT: DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE VEHICLES ON AS-IS-WHERE-IS   BASIS -TRUCK (GR 5429-C) AND BUS (GR1981-T)

The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) LBG, an association limited by guarantee and duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana, intends to dispose of its unserviceable vehicles on “As-is-where-is” basis and hereby invites interested individuals, firms, consortia, and corporate entities to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the purchase of the following serviceable vehicles:

• One (1) Truck  ( GR 5429- C)
• One (1) Bus  (GR 1981-T)

The vehicles are currently located at the PPAG Head Office, Lartebiokorshie – Accra.

Inspection of the said vehicles may be conducted between the hours of 0800 to 1700, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

Submission Requirements

Interested parties should submit a written Expression of Interest indicating:

• Name of individual/organization
• Contact details (address, telephone number, and email)
• Vehicle(s) of interest (Truck, Bus, or both)

Submission Details

EOIs should be sealed and clearly marked:
“Expression of Interest – Sale of Vehicle (Truck/Bus)”

Submissions should be delivered to:

Head Office
Lartebiokorshie – Accra

Closing Date

All Expressions of Interest must be submitted on or before             17^th April, 2026 at 1700hours

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in the next stage of the disposal process.
